**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Body Shop Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive repair and a keen eye for detail to ensure the highest quality of work. As a Body Shop Technician, you will play a vital role in repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition, providing our customers with a service that exceeds expectations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assess vehicle damage and prepare repair estimates in collaboration with the management team.
- Perform auto body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, welding, sanding, and painting.
- Use various hand tools and equipment to meticulously repair and restore vehicle body components and structures.
- Ensure all repairs are conducted to manufacturer specifications and adhere to safety and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and cared for.
- Collaborate with fellow technicians and management to discuss repair processes and timelines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements, repair techniques, and tools to maintain high levels of efficiency and quality.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to provide updates and explanations of repair processes.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in automotive repair or auto body refinishing preferred.
- Proven experience as a Body Shop Technician or in a similar role within the automotive repair industry.
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques, tools, and materials.
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools related to auto body repair.
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and repair estimates.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
